Our free shipping option does not offer tracking, so if you need tracking we suggest you select a more suitable shipping option during the checkout process.
Shipping time frames depend on where you are located and vary depending on the shipping method selected. Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or overnight shipping option. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days!
If you purchased any Quad Lock® mounting system from us and don't like it, you have 30 days to arrange for a return and refund. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition. To arrange a return, please email support@quadlockcase.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a RMA number and details on where to send the returned item/s. Annex Products will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your item/s received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item/s. If the same are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
The shipping cost is non - refundable.
NOTE : When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund, returned orders which we do not receive.
